31-July (Greenwich), After a week of preparation int he Danish camp in Ascot, both Exquis Taikoen (Negro) and Exquis Clearwater (Carpaccio) are in super shape.
On Saturday 28th July Exquis Taikoen worked well in the Olympic arena.
After a very successful session on Monday 30th July Exquis Taikoen sustained a slight injury on the way back to his stable.
The Danish staff and Anne decided not to risk Taikoen and so Exquis Clearwater became her first choice ride.
For the experienced Clearwater this means a 2nd Olympics and 6th championship in the Danish team. (Turin 2007, Hong Kong 2008, Windsor 2009, Kentucky 2010, Rotterdam 2011 and now London 2012)
The combination of Anne and Exquis Clearwater are in their best shape ever to make an appearance in the Olympic Grand Prix.
