Last Saturday the KPWN autumn performance test came to an end. Seven three year stallions were accepted for breeding by the studbook.
One of them was the son of Negro, Jones. He is bred by the Schellekens family from Schijndel out of the elite IBOP sport mare Evymorijke (Krack C) and now owned by Mark den Teuling. He impressed the judges who gave the following comments: Jones is an honest stallion with a very good temperament. He has a great willingness to work and is very rideable. The walk has a clear rhythm, is active and has a lot of over track. The trot is big with an outstanding use of the hindleg. The canter is powerful, uphill with a very big stride. When ridden Jones has a very good balance and great self carriage. He is able to make great transitions and has a good capability of collecting. As a dressagehorse Jones has a lot of talent and gives the rider a great feeling.
