Pjethro takes second place in the M-level Stallion Competition
Pjethro (Kjento out of Jaomie elite IBOP-dres D-OC by Desperado, breeder: A.J. Beerens of De Moer), presented by Charlotte Fry, won all competitions in the M-level stallion competition and went to Den Bosch as the favorite. During the first competition in Kronenberg, Pjethro immediately took the lead with a score of 89.8 points, a streak he maintained throughout the competition. In IJsselmuiden, he won with 89.6 points, followed by another victory in Groningen with an impressive score of 91.9 points. Peutz said of Pjethro (Kjento x Desperado): “He found it all very exciting. We can see that he has a lot of quality, but we judged what he showed today, even though he actually deserves better. Compliments to the rider for how calm she remained, and as the test progressed, he visibly improved. In the trot, he showed a lot of technique, and the canter was very tactful and balanced. We think this is a horse with a lot of quality, but the disturbances had to be taken into account in the assessment.”
