Glamourdale son wins in Munster

Following the success of Glamourdale in Herning, his offspring are also starting to stand out more and more.

The champions of the Westfalen Wappen and Optimum were crowned on Thursday as part of the Turnier der Sieger in Münster. The championship of the three-year-old riding horses, the Westfalen Wappen, was won by Glamdale WP, a son of brand new world champion Glamourdale out of a full sister of the 700,000 euro premium stallion Maracaná. Glamdale was bred by Heike Pleines who is also the breeder of Lord Leatherdale.

Glamdale recently became reserve champion at the Westfalen Woche. Yesterday his rider Stefanie Ahlert rode the black stallion to victory with an 8.5.
