Premium stallions by O’Frederic and Kjento
A diverse group of high-quality three-year-old dressage stallions appeared in the arena on the third day of the KWPN Stallion Show. The stallion selection committee invited 24 talented stallions to present their designated stallions, including category no. 508, Thibo (Secret Lover x Negro, bred by Van Olst Horses, Den Hout) and category no. 479, Taeke (photo) (O’Frederic x Everdale, bred by Van Olst Horses, Den Hout).
Nine dressage stallions were invited back for the presentation of the premium stallions powered by Pavo. Of the nine premium stallions, seven were individually reviewed by the stallion selection committee and then honored in the presence of their breeders and registered owners. Premiums were awarded to the upwardly mobile Ti Sento (Kjento out of Fieni elite sport-dres PROK by Krack C, breeder: H. Wouters of Chaam) of Van Baalen Horses and the athletic and supple-moving O’Frederic son Taeke (out of Nova-Liz elite IBOP-dres D-OC by Everdale). Breeder premiums offered by the Friends of the KWPN were presented to the breeders of KWPN-registered horses.
