Thibo is a son from the first crop of the KWPN-approved and tested stallion ‘Secret Lover’. Thibo is a particularly attractive stallion who excels in his strong connections. In addition to his good conformation and presence, Thibo possesses three exceptionally good and functional gaits with excellent mechanics.
Thibo’s sire, Secret Lover, is a very interesting Oldenburg sire, descending from strong progenitors (Secret x Furstenball x Florestan), backed by a Holsteiner background that produced, among others, the phenomenal Olympic show jumper Lennox, ridden by Samantha McIntosch. Secret Lover was very successful in the stallion competition and the Subli Cup and is developing exceptionally well.
Thibo is out of the preferent performance mare Fresia. This Fresia is a daughter of the preferent Negro, out of the elite pref. Prok mare Reina, who herself competed at the Light Tour level. Dam Fresia is the dam of, among others, the approved stallions Evegro (NRPS, Small Tour), Irvin (NRPS, Small Tour), and Everest (KWPN, Pavo Cup Winner, Small Tour, sold to the USA). In addition, the Grand Prix team horse Elegance (by Negro – Beatrice Ferrer-Salat) comes from this line. This lineage traces back to Piana (by Lector), Ferro’s granddam.
