What a day….!!

Where it once started with the purchase of Negro and continued with Lord Leatherdale, a new chapter has now arrived …

Where Everdale (Lord Leatherdale x Negro) is performing at the highest international levels at worlds biggest shows, there are now two other horses who are stepping up at this level…

Chippendale (Lord Leatherdale x Negro) made his debut in the Intermediare II three weeks ago with a top score of over 76%, which earned him a starting ticket for the Grand Prix. Today this debut was planned in Hoogerheide at the home of the Wolfshoeve. Charlotte Fry rode him very concentrated to a huge 74.485%. Highlights in the test were the most collected excercises of the Grand Prix: piaffe, passage, pirouettes abut also the half passes. Chippendale is praised for his great mentality which resulted in a superb test. If the fine tuning gets a little better and the routine is getting in there, the score will certainly go up.

But not only Chippendale made his debut at this level today. The black ‘Champion’ Glamourdale, once again Lord Leatherdale x Negro, was also entered in the Grand Prix. The stallion, who is approved by many studbooks, was fully concentrated and completed the entire program flawlessly. At the end of the test, the judges gave nines for the extended canter, half passes and the passage. At the end of the test there total score was no less than 77.93%! The absolute highest score of the day in this class and of course a more than great debut.
