Exterior:

Romantico is a well developed stallion. The neck has good length and good muscle development. The withers are more than sufficiently developed. The back has more than sufficient length. The loins are of good length. The croup is well positioned with sufficient length. The front and hind legs are correctly positioned and are of sufficient quality. The hooves are correct and well developed.

Pedigree:

Romantico is a son of the Dutch champion Grandorado TN N.O.P. (by Eldorado van de Zeshoek), who has already achieved several successes at the highest level under Willem Greve.

The dam is Madame Cornet RM and she is a daughter of Cornet Obolensky (by Clinton). Grandmother Wordulan (v.Lasino) produced several horses that performed at 1.40m level and higher, including the Lord Z daughter Dolce Vita who jumped at 1.55m level with Barbara Schnieper (SUI). The mare line goes back to a Holstein mare line with the help of the stallions Cascavelle, Literat and Roman.

Research report:

Romantico is a pleasant stallion to ride with a good attitude. The walk and trot have more than enough space and suppleness. In movement, the stallion has a good attitude and balance. The canter is active with good space, a good balance, in which the stallion changes easily. Romantico jumps with his body upwards, in which he is careful and pushes powerfully at the jump. Romantico jumps with good body use and a good leg technique. He shows power at the jump and has a good overview. As a show jumping horse, Romantico has a lot of talent and gives his rider a good feeling.
